SOFT GELS
A SoftGel (a soft gelatin capsule) is a solid capsule (outer shell) surrounding a liquid or semi-solid center (inner fill). An active ingredient can be incorporated into the outer shell, the inner fill, or both. Softgels are composed of a thick layer of gelatin, to which plasticizers have been added to maintain flexibility and stability. The inner section of the softgel usually contains a liquid form of the active ingredient.

According to the most recent scientific studies and surveys, soft gelatin capsules are the dosage form preferred by most customers, so it is not surprising that we are in manufacturer of softgels.

We have two separate soft gelatin manufacturing units exclusively made to cater domestic and international markets. The unit I is based in Chennai caters the export requirements and the unit II in Himachal Pradesh of Northern India caters to some of the leading Indian pharmaceutical giants on contract basis. This facility has capacity to manufacture over 720 million capsules annually.
